Osaka Stainless is a company that specializes in the production of stainless steel, high-nickel alloy and common steel products. The company was launched back in 1973. The motto of Osaka Stainless is dependability, which is why the company never failed to produce products with precision since 1973. The company’s goal is to rapidly respond to the societal needs, which continue to expand because of the accelerating globalization. Hence, the company makes sure that their products are evolving to the different needs their consumers.
The capital in building this business was 50,000,000 JPY. It focuses on sales of high-nickel alloys, stainless steel materials and processing of parts. Back in 1973, the registered capital was 3,000,000 YEN and it was named Osaka Stainless Co., Ltd. Their first products were the SS400, S45C and SUS304. By July 1986, the company started selling high-nickel alloys and capital was increased to 9,000,000 YEN.
A few months after, they opened a cutting factory in Ajigawa. In 1988, the capital rose to 25,000,000 YEN. In 1995, the company opened a new warehouse in Chiyosaki. By 1999, the capital is already 50,000,000 YEN.
In 2000, they opened the Kawaguchi Material Center but closed down the factory in Ajigawa and warehouse in Chiyosaki. In 2004, they founded the Yaga Metal Products Co., Ltd in China. The capital used was 30,000,000 YEN. In 2006, the Kawaguchi cutting factory was opened.
The company always keeps a large quantity of stocks in their warehouse so they can respond to orders any time. The company carefully manages their inventory to make sure that all their customers’ orders are met. 20 cutting machines are used to ensure efficient cutting. They also employ an immediate-delivery system so orders are delivered accurately and quickly. This company is not only known in Japan but has been taking order from countries all over the world as well.
